- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
- Take initiative for capturing and generating incoming sales leads
- Chief Information Officer; know all of the Arena programs inside and out and be able to answer product and service questions plus inform them on all of their options towards closing the deal
- Act as the main switchboard operator; field calls and requests and hand them off to the appropriate program coordinator.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Create customer accounts by recording account information and register customers into Arena programs
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate information with colleagues as necessary
- Assist and develop other Welcome Team staff
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with office software, CRM and phone systems a plus
- Previous experience, especially in sales and customer service industry, preferred
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers, answering phones and tending to customers in person at the same time
- Experience working with customer support

Lil’ Kickers is a nationwide soccer program rooted in child development theory for kids ages 18 months to 12 years old.
